Installation and Repair of EV Charging Stations
Casagrande Electric installs Level 2 EV charging stations for homeowners throughout Naples, Marco Island, and Collier County. Whether you drive a Tesla, Ford, Rivian, or any other electric vehicle, our licensed electricians handle everything from panel evaluation to permitting so your charger is safe, code-compliant, and ready the same day in most cases.
Which EV Charger Is Right for Your Naples Home?
Most Naples homeowners choose a Level 2 (240V) charger, which fully recharges most EVs overnight and charges 5–7x faster than a standard outlet. The right amperage — typically 32A to 50A — depends on your vehicle and your home’s electrical panel capacity. We evaluate your setup and recommend a charger sized correctly the first time, so you’re not paying for capacity you don’t need or stuck with one that can’t keep up.
Does Your Panel Need an Upgrade?
Many homes in older Naples neighborhoods weren’t wired for the extra load an EV charger adds. As part of every installation, we assess your existing electrical panel and let you know upfront if an upgrade is needed to safely support your charger — no surprises after the work has started.
Permits & Inspections, Handled for You
EV charger installations in Collier County and the City of Naples require permits and a final inspection. We manage the entire process — filing, scheduling, and passing inspection — so you don’t have to deal with the county yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does EV charger installation cost in Naples?
Cost depends on your charger type and whether a panel upgrade is needed. Most straightforward Level 2 installations range from $600–$1500, depending on the panel’s location and where the charger will be installed, with panel upgrades adding to that. We provide a free next-day estimate so you know the exact cost before work begins.
How long does installation take?
Most Level 2 installations are completed in a single business day, assuming no panel upgrade is required.
Do I need a permit to install an EV charger in Naples?
Yes. The City of Naples and Collier County both require a permit and inspection for EV charger installations. We handle this process for you as part of every job.
Can I install an EV charger if I have an older electrical panel?
In many cases, yes — but older panels sometimes need an upgrade first to safely handle the additional load. We’ll assess this during your free estimate and let you know if an upgrade is needed.
Are there rebates available for EV chargers in Florida?
FPL and other programs periodically offer EV charging incentives. Ask us during your estimate and we’ll let you know what’s currently available.
